Can’t find your package? Please take a look at any notes your carrier may have made in your tracking history (i.e. Left at Front Door). If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or FedEx (1-800-463-3339), depending on who your carrier is. If your shipping address is in an apartment complex or office building, we’d recommend checking in with your neighbors, front desk attendant, property manager, and/or mail room.
Often packages will turn up 24-48 hours after being reported missing, so if after 48 hours your package still hasn’t turned up, please reach out to us.
