Please send us a message as soon as you can on our Contact Page by selecting General Inquiry from the drop down menu. Title the subject line, “Address Update” and be sure to include your correct shipping address. We'll do our best to get your order updated before it ships, however if the package has already been loaded for FedEx pick-up, we can no longer edit your order details.
If you, a friend, or family member is not able to retrieve the package at the initial shipping address, you may reach out to FedEx directly to reroute your package. You'll just need to reference your tracking information which will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
